Enroll at the Conservatory

Pick your school below. We’ll walk you through the rest, and we’re happy to answer questions along the way.

How enrollment works.

1. Try first. Group classes get a free trial. Private lessons in violin, cello, piano, or voice start with a free consultation with the instructor. There's no commitment at this step. You come, you see if it's a fit, and you decide from there.

2. Register. When you're ready, you register your child for the school and program that fits. Each school has a one-time annual registration fee ($125 for Music, $100 for Dance, $100 for Visual Art). This locks in your child's spot for the year.

3. Start. We'll place your child in the right class or match them with the right instructor. Monthly tuition auto drafts on the 10th of each month, August through May. Families who prefer to pay for the full year up front are welcome to do so.

Register your child.

We have two registration forms, one for group classes and one for private lessons. Pick the one that fits what you're enrolling in. Fill it out, and we'll follow up within one to two business days to confirm placement, collect your registration fee, and set up auto draft.

Group Classes

Baby Class, General Music, OrKIDstra, Chamber Orchestra, Choir, all Ballet levels, Visual Art. Fixed days and times. We'll confirm your child's spot and get you set up within one to two business days.

Private Lessons

Violin, Cello, Piano, Voice. We'll match your child with the right instructor based on instrument, level, and your scheduling availability. You don't need to meet with us first.

What happens next.

Once you've registered, you'll hear from us within one to two business days. For group classes, we'll confirm your day and time, collect your registration fee, and send you everything you need before the first class: what to bring, where to park, what to expect. For private lessons, we'll match your child with the right instructor based on instrument, level, and the times you listed as available, then confirm a weekly lesson time with you. Your first autodraft runs on the 10th of your start month.

Want to try before you commit?

If you'd rather see WTC in person before registering, that's always welcome. Group classes offer a free trial, and private lessons offer a free consultation with one of our instructors. Either is a no-pressure way to make sure WTC is the right fit for your child before signing up.

Questions about enrollment

Enrollment questions are normal. If you want to talk through placement, pricing, scheduling, or financial aid before you register, we’re happy to help you think it through.
